Hendrik Steensland Bollerud

Someone made the following comment under the picture of Nick & Kendra: My father is Hendrik Steensland Bollerud. My Bolleruds moved west and settled in California, later my father in Texas.

I found the following information in the 7 books of Bollerud, Page 111

Hendrick Steensland Bollerud Born Nov. 21, 1933. Chico, Calif. USA Retired; Instructor Married Ruth Fulde May 12 1956 in Germay. Born March 26, 1927 in Germany. Died Aug. 3, 1966 El Paso, Texas. Remarried July 1, 1967 Cheryl Lynne Revels Born Sept. 25, 1939. Hendrick was the son of Wilhelm (William) Bollerud born Dec. 15, 1890 in the Moscow township. Wilhelm was the oldest son of Hans Anton Bollerud and Andrena Georgina Steensland.

This is me in Quebec with my girlfriend Kendra. We're going to the Ice Hotel, and outside it's like -20, colder with the wind. Neat hotel though. People pay 300-600$ to spend the night there. every year they have around 20 couples get married in the Ice Chapel.

Here he is on his back. They don't like to keep him on his back for long as it is more difficult for him to breath. The think on his nose is to assist with the breathing. Eye coverings are because he is under the billy [sp] lights. His level was up to 7 but is now down to 5. If you click on the picture, it will open in a new larger window and you can get a size perspective on the right hand side of the picture, Liz is holding his hand.
Liz opened up his cap so I could get a picture of his hair. He has more than I do.
This one is kind of blurry, I didn't use the close up focus like I did in the previous two photo's. It is hard to get a size perspecive but butt to shoulders is about the length of my hand.

Brian Michael Damen (Bollerud) McAleese

Liz had her baby just before 4 am this morning. Brian Michael Damen (Bollerud)McAleese. She had a C-section and Brian was born weghing 2lb. 2 oz. He is doing fine and breathing on his own with "blow by" assistance. I will post a picture when I get a chance.

New Years in San Francisco

Chris Bollerud's new family enjoys New Years Eve in San Francisco.

Jan and I have talked it over and we will host the next Bollerud family get together in June of 08. Set the time aside on your calenders. The exact date is not set but most likely the middle of June. Let me know if you can make it.
