Little snippet

Last spring we had twin moose calves born in the wooded part of our back yard. Last night I got home and let the dog out and a few minutes later I looked and there next to our deck was momma and two, now a bit grown, young moose. They enjoyed my roses and other plants for about a half hour. After they went up in the woods part of the back yard where momma had given birth last spring, they laid down. Kayla came running up the steps on the deck trying to get in before they came to get her. This morning they were gone. This morning we also had our first snow. Just a little snippet of life.
