The littlest Bollerud/Boland is one years old!!!

Ruby turned one in January. She is walking, well actually running would be a more accurate word, all over the place! She is a very active little girl and doesn't sit still for a second. She loves playing outside. We just returned from snowshoeing this afternoon up in the Cascade Mountains surrounding Bend, Oregon. She has a great time playing in and eating snow :) She is obsessed with books ( and this is an understatement!). If you tell her a title of one of her books she'll go find it. She'll flip through her books and do the sign language for all the words she knows (From pictures, not words of course). It really has been an amazing year, watching her change from a newborn to a toddler. We can't remember what it was we did before she was born, before we were tuned into the Ruby channel 24/7! :) Other than that, Patrick and I are looking for jobs and trying to get settled into our new home, Bend, Oregon. It's been a change to move from the beaches of California to the Mountains of Oregon but we're having fun and learning the ropes. It feels good to be back in the snow! Hope you are all well. When is the next Bollerud reunion?
